We always endeavour to offer the most accurate description possible of our products. The wood specimen will always be identified to the best of our knowledge. Dimensions will always be made using the items outermost edges and will reflect the shape as though it were a square; this is due to Mother Nature not always producing symmetrical trees.
Illustrative photographs are intended as a guide only in respect of grain and colour; photographic lighting conditions can sometimes be deceptive. Wood contains natural flaws and we consider that to be part of the allure. Photos of our products should be examined before ordering to ensure it meets your needs. Included with every product is a guide to help you care for the item to ensure you continue to get a lifetime of pleasure.
Where the product is intended for use with food, then the appropriate manufacturing processes will incorporate all necessary food safety measures. All of our products should be used in accordance with its intended use and in accordance with our guidelines. It is your responsibility to use and care for these products responsibly.

We do combine postage costs but please wait for a combined invoice to be sent before paying for multiple purchases
Payment accepted by paypal, cheque, postal order or bank transfer.
Goods are posted upon cleared payment.
Postage charges include packing materials , we use recycled packaging to help our environment and to help preserve our trees. Please recycle.
We post within three working days of cleared payment, Proof of posting is always obtained, we don’t post overseas at present however its something we may consider in the future as our business grows.
Postage & packaging will be combined to keep costs down wherever possible.
Heavy items or bulk buys will be subject to actual postage or courier costs, please ask for shipping quote before ordering if you are unsure.

In compliance with distance selling regulations, we operate a 14 day returns policy for items which have been inaccurately described. Any problems please report them within 3 days of receiving the item.
If, on receipt of an item, you are not entirely satisfied, a full refund is available on safe return of the item to us (excluding postage costs). Items must be returned in original packaging and sent by recorded / traceable post.
We do not offer partial refunds.
No returns will be accepted without prior approval and agreement. Return postage will not be refunded unless agreed prior to the return.
Constructive feedback is always welcome as we seek to maintain a high degree of customer satisfaction and would ideally wish to retain existing customers. We would encourage you to acknowledge safe receipt of your product with a quick email along with and any comments you may have. As a small enterprise we have time for our customers and if you are happy we genuinely care about that.
